<p>"International applicants: Is promotion within your educational system based upon standard leaving examinations given at the end of lower and/or senior secondary school by a state or national leaving examinations board?"</p>

<p>What do I put for this if I am not an int'l applicant? When I go to review my application, it says this part is incomplete. When I click "no," I get the check mark saying it's complete. Am I supposed to say no or leave it blank?</p>

<p>Select “No” even if you are not an international applicant. Otherwise the application will not be complete and you will not be able to submit it. It’s just a part of this year’s screwed up Common App.</p>
