<p>Does anyone know what the ‘Perkins Master Promissory Note’ is? It’s on my FA tracker as well. Sorry if it’s a silly question, but I’m an international and not too sure what it means.

<p>I think there was a mistake becasue perkins is for us citizens only. That explains it :)</p>
