<p>I was born in Brazil and lived my whole life year, but I also hold the american citizenship, am I consiedered a URM?</p>

<p>That's a good question, and I'm not sure every school will handle an international URM applicant the same way. A friend's daughter applied to Harvard and Yale from Argentina last year. Her parents are highly (American) educated and they are wealthy (no aid needed). She was not given URM consideration at those schools.</p>
