What is your act score and Sat score?

I want to see the relationship between the two.

2270/33

About equivalent, if you look at a conversion chart.

1850 VS 31

pretty big difference.

2130 and a 35.... I must say, I'm quite content with my ACT score =D (I'm retaking both in December though)

rs8389: if you are content, why are you retaking both? wouldnt that defeat the purpose?

I'm content with it in that it was significantly higher than my SAT.... I'm retaking both though to see how much I can raise them (I'm pretty sure I can get at least 2250 on the SAT, and I might as well shoot for a 36 on the ACT)

but remember, you could go down on both. i dont know. if i were you, i wouldnt risk it for like 80 more points on the SAT

That's a waste of time and money.

1950 SAT vs. 34 ACT. But I really didn't take the SAT seriously (for some reason I thought colleges never found out your scores or how many times you took it).

34 ACT (without writing though, sadly, so i can't use it for college) vs 2160 SAT.

Just retook both tests, so we'll see how it goes!

1680 vs 30

2010/33. retook the ACT, not using the SAT.

33/2190 converts pretty accurately but the ACT is probably a little stronger

SAT Jr year 1790 with no prep
ACT Sr year 28 with some prep (borrowed old ACT prac. books from library)
SAT Sr year 2050 after prep
ACT Sr year ... last test, scores coming tomorrow HOPEFULLY 30 +

I find the ACT math/eng and essay easier but its the timing that kills me, especially on science... what are the conversion tables from ACT to SAT on the 2400 scale?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACT_(examination)

you can easily find it if you google it

SAT: 1940
ACT: 30

Waiting to see my October ACT scores!

33/2280...so my sat is slightly higher

32 vs. 2100.....wonder what my oct. scores are though....

34 vs. 2260

make that a 2010/34. love the act.
