can bench 100 pounds, do 400 on seated leg press, can lift 25 lbs in dumbells, pretty skinny. i weigh about 115-120 pounds. i think i have abs…i think…it looks like it sometimes and it feels hard

Your bench would be epic fail on an absolute scale, but for your weight, it isn’t that bad I think. I think you need to put on more muscle, as you said lol…115~120, while it depends on body type/specifics, is usually on the skinny side for that height.

…I don’t think I included any stats, but because I rarely work out now (at least not seriously as I did for 2 months back then, so I barely have any lifting experience to begin with).

…And then I worked out yesterday and got hardcore pwned.

5’11, 150lbs (might be fluctuating 5ish pounds here and then).

lol i care because even those who look ewak and never excercise or do anything can beat me in arm wrestling…

it could be the fact that they have bigger forearms and stronger wrists than me (my forearms are really skinny and my wrist has become weak due to my brother accidentally twisting it back…like the back of the hand touched my forearm…ouch…)

I’m a 5’10.5" guy, 155 lbs.
I used to be really overweight, but I recently went to China and was labeled “the skinny wight guy”. I’ve actually got a somewhat muscular build, doing light weights every night. I don’t bench, but I do 100 push ups, 75 controlled crunches, and 40 reps of curls with 35 lbs. every night. I’m also a fencer, so my legs and thighs are really developed.

so there’s the 5’10 140 track guy, (6’0 150, same thing)
and there’s the 6’2 215 footballer

iono about the girls, but that seems to be the pattern… you guys are all either huge and tall or lean as hell and tall (that run fast haha). except for that 5’9 muscle man

i’m 5’6 and i weigh as much as half of you guys… 140
190lb one rep max on the bench… wohoo i can pretend i’m strong!
