What is YOUR body type?

You tell me

5’9.5 to 5’10

can bench 100 pounds, do 400 on seated leg press, can lift 25 lbs in dumbells, pretty skinny. i weigh about 115-120 pounds. i think i have abs…i think…it looks like it sometimes and it feels hard

idk i sthat good? i need more muscle…

5’8" girl 134 lbs, pretty average

Your bench would be epic fail on an absolute scale, but for your weight, it isn’t that bad I think. I think you need to put on more muscle, as you said lol…115~120, while it depends on body type/specifics, is usually on the skinny side for that height.

…I don’t think I included any stats, but because I rarely work out now (at least not seriously as I did for 2 months back then, so I barely have any lifting experience to begin with).

…And then I worked out yesterday and got hardcore pwned.

5’11, 150lbs (might be fluctuating 5ish pounds here and then).

Bench: …140 LOLLOLOLOLfail.

lol yea mmy bench is teh fail epix

haha oh god lol i neeed to workout this suummer…and yea im like a twig…rofl my legs are like chicken legs i hate wearing shorts hahaha

100 lbs. max, or ~10 reps?

How are you lifting those dumbbells?

Everybody has abs.

Doesn’t mean much, especially since you’re skinny lol…

LOL

Oh and I rep 140 like 8~10 times, so meh.

Some ways of lifting are more difficult.

25 lbs w/ 2 hands = super easy
25 lbs arm curl = pretty easy
25 lbs wrist curl = ouch

lol idk i havent done it for like 4 months…

my muscles have probably atrophied. i’m going to work out this summer and come back buff senior year…hahah

yea right

uhm 100 max…idk about now…i guess i could do more since im stronger

25 lbs arm curl…is wut i do

so basically, you guys are saying that i suck?!?/ a weakling??

I’m pretty sure he’s talking about bicep curls lol.

yea and i can do 45-55 barbell curls…is that good?

Why do you care? lol A lot of people are weak, but if you just keep lifting (the right way) you’ll get stronger.

lol i care because even those who look ewak and never excercise or do anything can beat me in arm wrestling…

it could be the fact that they have bigger forearms and stronger wrists than me (my forearms are really skinny and my wrist has become weak due to my brother accidentally twisting it back…like the back of the hand touched my forearm…ouch…)

[How To Do Forearm and Wrist Exercises | How To Do Things.com](http://www.howtodothings.com/health-and-fitness/a2686-how-to-do-forearm-and-wrist-exercises.html)

5’10’’ 135lbs

I’m really thin but suprisingly athletic?? (though I don’t know why seeing as all I do is lay around and go on CC/facebook :D)

5’7" and 118 lbs
(girl)

I’m sure all the 5’5 260 pounders are going to post their body types.

I’m a 5’10.5" guy, 155 lbs.
I used to be really overweight, but I recently went to China and was labeled “the skinny wight guy”. I’ve actually got a somewhat muscular build, doing light weights every night. I don’t bench, but I do 100 push ups, 75 controlled crunches, and 40 reps of curls with 35 lbs. every night. I’m also a fencer, so my legs and thighs are really developed.

6’ 2" 190 lbs – muscular/lean run track and play a variety of sports.

so there’s the 5’10 140 track guy, (6’0 150, same thing)
and there’s the 6’2 215 footballer

iono about the girls, but that seems to be the pattern… you guys are all either huge and tall or lean as hell and tall (that run fast haha). except for that 5’9 muscle man

i’m 5’6 and i weigh as much as half of you guys… 140
190lb one rep max on the bench… wohoo i can pretend i’m strong!

5’7, thin and have a nice amount of muscles on my legs from dancing ballet all my life.
