What is your cumulative GPA when transferring?

I attended Elizabeth City State University 2013-2014 & had a 3.97 GPA with 32 credits!
I transferred to North Carolina State University for 2014-2015 & estimate to finish the year with a 2.5 GPA with 32 credits!
I need to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 AT NC STATE(therefore my 3.97 is not included in this calculation) to get into business school, but do not/will not meet the requirements to do so.

I have been struggling here, as classes seem to be extremely difficult to me (even with individual/group studying, tutoring, etc.). At Eastern Carolina University, the business school requirement is a 2.6 cumulative GPA. If I decide to transfer, will they take the average GPA from both universities I have attended? Or will they take my GPA from my most previous institution? I have called and left a voicemail, but have yet to receive a response from ECU. I am currently anxious to know if anyone has an answer for me… Thanks!

Best,
