<p>Out of state net price in the absence of merit scholarships (e.g. Regents’ scholarships) is generally expected to be FAFSA_EFC + $8,500 + $23,000, where the $23,000 is the out of state additional tuition that is not covered by normal financial aid.</p>

<p>I’m an OOS student with an EFC of 0. Got a $24k grant and the rest is in subsidized and unsubsidized loans.</p>

Grants: 28.5k
Work grant: 4,000
All this will cost me about 10.5k a year and I’ll graduate with 28k to pay back </p>
