What is your favorite food (and why)?

Me, my guilty pleasure has got to be peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I love them! I guess it must be the combination of flavors and textures, washed down with a tall glass of milk. Yum.

erm, rice. sticky rice, the only way to eat it.

also, i could live an fried okra. The best stuff in the world, that is. Give me an unlimited supply of okra and a harry potter book and I may never get up again.

.-_-.

EDIT: I guess I like it b/c... i don't know. Okra is just delicious.

Interesting. Both of the foods you've listed, I've never tried. How do they make the rice sticky? I've only had plain normal white rice and brown rice before.

Some of you guys have got to Basmati rice - you'll never switch back.

Actually, I call it sticky rice, but I am pretty sure only I call it that. If it's white or brown rice that comes out of a rice cooker, than it is sticky. I just call it that because of its sticky texture. It's an Asian thing.

You haven't tried fried okra! That should be a crime. Boy, southern comfort food. I am seriously going to miss this stuff when I go to college.

I have tried Basmati rice. I was at this thing where we brought in foreign foods, and someone brought in that and some sort of chicken thing that I don't remember what it's called. It was pretty good, but gotta stick with the sticky.

=.="

Fried okra is good though. Very good. :) But astrophysics is better. :D

Hm, I don't think I've tried Basmati rice. I've heard about okra, because my mom mentions that she eats (I think), but have never actually seen the food.

No. Fried okra is definitely better, as long as there's no salt.

Geez, you have to eat it, or else i won't be your friend anymore (can't beat that logic). mmm.

Really, maybe I'll got to Vanderbilt just to stay close to okra. Maybe not.

Cake. Or PB and J sandwiches.

sushiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Mint chololate chip ice cream.

Yay HelloKiki for PB&J!

FISH, SHRIMPS and CHOCOLATE CAKE...

:):):)

Cake! Yum. My favorite would have to be carrot cake, followed closely by cheesecake.

Soup made from wintermelon and meatballs. AKA dong-gua yuan-zi tang. MmMmmm..

My perfect meal would be fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens, fried okra, and mint chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.

I also really like kimchi. It is sort of a comfort smell, because I know that when I smell it I know my mom's near [awwww]. Tastes pretty good, too.

Kimchi is like spicy cabbage XD
I like Vietnamese Pho:)

Technically, kimchi is fermented cabbage. That sounds pretty nasty, but when you put in the spices, it tastes much better.

What's Vietnamese Pho? I've haven't heard of it.

Anyone here tried Hot Pockets? XD
