Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology or Lehigh University.

Fordham or Boston College. I want to say Georgetown, but that's more of a low match than a safety. All great schools.

University of Colorado =]

Tulane, U of Arizona, and Howard!

I'm tempted not even to apply to my other schools and just go to one of my safeties.

first one to say: University of Washington, Seattle!

Texas a&m baby!!!

Uillinois, I got accepted.

UW-Madison

"Safety" is different for different people. For high achievers (reaches are HYMPS, matches are USnews 6-30)...
Favorite safety is UWisconsin

I consider UC Davis and UCSD safeties. Guaranteed admission to the former.

Does anyone have a nice list of safeties that offer full rides for students with 2000+ SAT scores?
I got a 2110 the first time and retaking in January.
Please pm me the list if anyone has it. TY

University of Texas at Austin :)

University of Wisconsin-Madison. It's a beautiful campus and the people there are extremely genuine and helpful.

My safety is probably my first choice, Michigan State. I like it for it's great program in my major and nice location, plus everybody I've met from MSU has been friendly and laid back.
Still have to see if I get into UW-Madison, which is a pretty good match, but even if I got in I'd probably go with MSU unless a visit to Madison really swayed me.

My only in-state safety school has been George Mason, but I didn't bother to apply because I know I would hate it there, too much of a commuter school and too many of my classmates would be there (Not to knock GMU - it's on the rise and has a great poli sci program)

Mizzou (it took NO work)

Arizona State
they admitted me the day after they received my transcript

with rolling admissions and a 95% acceptance rate, it's the ultimate safety school, but it still has really strong programs in a lot of different fields

University of Texas at Austin. :)

Withdrew my acceptance, but I would've been happy there.

Mercer University in Georgia = )

It's expensive but easy enough to get into. They have a string conservatory that's very renowned, fantastic pre-law and pre-pharmacy departments, and they implement the Great Books program (similar to St. Johns in Annapolis/Santa Fe) which is awesome.

Also, Syracuse University is a higher tier safety school that is top 50 quality

Georgia Tech, UGA, Tulane
