What is your interpretation (prom)

<p>Ok, I finally got the guts to ask this guys out to the prom (i think he likes me because he called me on Christmas).
Before I walked in the classroom, I said hi and i told him that i have to tell him something after class, he asks, Is it personal?
After class I caught up with him and asked him was he going to prom, and he said he dont think so but a couple of girls asked him from a different school...i responded: aww because i wanted to know if you would go with me..he smiled then looked dowm and said that he was flattered..then he said that he might see because two other ppl asked him.
The next day he seemed really sad..i didnt want to say anything because i didnt want to seem like i was desperate...</p>

<p>What do you think about this guy?
This situation was last year & this year he is talking to me and even flirting like nothing ever happen...</p>

<p>You have prom already? Anyway, I think if he really wanted to go with you he would have just said ‘yes.’ Or told you the next day that he wanted to go with you. Sounds like he’s keeping his options open.</p>
