wow those are ridiculous percentages for such high scores
CR: 790: 99%
Math: 690: 89%
Writing: 790: 98%

CR: 600: 8%
Math: 760: 66%
Writing: 730: 74%

CR: 94
Math: 99
Writing: 98

S2 – 700 Math was 68th%tile. Not a math/science program.

Haha my God that’s terrible. I had:
CR: 770: 99%
M: 790: 99%
W: 760: 99%

Some of these schools must be freakishly smart (or mine is just a conglomeration of idiots…which it is, mostly).

CR: 790 (99%)
M: 710 (95%)
WR: 760 (99%)

giftedgothic: no, not a math/science school, but people here are pretty smart. I’m ranked like 8/100 in my high school with an UW 3.9 haha

I go to a Magnet school that focuses on engineering.

CR 790: 95%
M 720: 74%
W 720: 77%

98/99/99 with 670cr ,770 m ,720 w. bad school

My school doesnt tell us this but im guessing in in the 99th for math and cr and probably 95th or so for writing considering i have the highest current SAT score at my school with a 1450 (yea it sucks, that was frm tenth grade, hoping for about 1600-1700 on next month’s test but that might not be possible).

Why are you people with 750+ scores in the 99% saying your school sucks? Is that sarcasm?

W 800/99%
CR 800/99%
M 710/98%
^^ 1 kid got an 800 in math 2 years ago haha besides that I’m the highest with a 710 which is saddish

im M 740 83%
CR 710 89%
W 650 73%
lol
but a lot of ppl from my school score 2350+
its one of the best

cabrickhouse:
Are you saying 1450 out of 2400? That’s really the highest score at your high school??? No offense but that’s ridiculously low for the highest score. And to everyone who has like a 740/75% lol, don’t worry, you go to a really good school. I think the most important thing is the national comparison. If youre 95%+, youre good.

800 math = 97%
770 CR = 97%

yea im serious my school doesnt realy care about college to much anymore. the only one i know who took it in the senior class this year got like a 950 on it. My school doesnt even offer honors classes we have to take them online and then it is hardpressed to have the adminstration at the school to allow us to take them.

My son’s school is ridiculous. LOL…There are 125 children in each grade. In DEC, six were accept ED to Brown and 2 into Yale. The average SAT score in last year’s graduation class was 2080. And the two boys who are his AP BIO lab partners–one African American and one white both males scored 2380 and 2300 on the March’s SATs. So I was not totally shocked to see his 740 in CR (translated 98 percentile nationally) was only 79 percentile at his school. His 700 Math (94th percentile nationally)was 77th percentile at his school. I will, however, say that I suspect that there are many children there at the ceiling and a fair number at the bottom. My - son’s first try was 740 CR 700 Math and 680 W, 11 Essay (2120). If he had hit the 7s in writing we would have said move on but he’s looking at Yale and Brown.

The only problem now is check out the info at the bottom of your score pages—according to his , if he retakes, he has a better chance of going down in all three categories than going up…

Don’t worry about what the bottom of the page says; a lot of people who retake may study very little. If your son makes sure to work hard before he retakes, I’m sure he can bump it up!

What are the averages for all of your schools? 50th percentile at my school is a 1540…

CR: 730 (90%)
M: 740 (86%)
W: 760 (95%)

ugh
