And how is Geometry a PreAP class?

I'm not trying to be rude, but... as far as I knew there are still a few more classes to take after geometry before hitting AP math. Unless your school does things differently, in which case I am ignorant and need to be enlightened.

AP Central - Welcome to AP Central

Mostly, Pre-AP=Honors. Kind of like Pre-IB=Honors.

To my knowledge, any course may be offered "Pre-AP." I don't believe my state facilitates this though... it differs from place to place.

Typically, one would complete Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-calculus is some order before taking AP Cal AB. Some places offer a course that is actually AP Cal (A)BC but schools may not designate it as such. In such cases many student go from pre-cal to AP Cal BC, some even skip pre-cal.

Typically, one may take AP Stats after Algebra II.

I know Courtney8 gets mad that my schedule keeps changing, but I don't believe I reposted it as of the last change. I will be very happy when it is finally approved. -_-

Sophomore schedule:
AP Physics B online year-long
AP Computer Science AB online year-long
AP Calculus BC online year-long
(Dual enrollment) General Chemistry I 1st semester
Honors English II online 1st semester
(Dual enrollment) Elementary Spanish I online 1st semester
(Dual enrollment) General Biology I online 2nd semester
Honors Civics and Econ online 2nd semester
(Dual enrollment) Elementary Spanish II online 2nd semester

Senior year:
Physics
Calculus
Latin4
Government/Econ.
English 11 honors
Gym(required)
English 12 honors
US HIst.

Let me explain this schedual. I'm skipping 11th grade but 2 junior courses are required for graduation so im taking htem senior year. I know there are no AP ot IB courses listed and this is because my school doesn't offer any. But my English 12, Government.Econ, US Hist, Calculus, and Latin classes are my schools hardest courses b/c they're through the local colleges. So I am actually taking the hardest courses offered.

I love the seniors who are posting schedules with like 4-5 AP classes.

Are there any other seniors like ME? Yeah, I've worked hard for the last 12 years of my education, but senior year I wanted something that I didn't have to do 9 hours of homework a night so that I could ENJOY my friends before I never see them again... (BTW, I am taking 1 AP, 4 honors, and 2 dual-enroll, but they're basically all blow-offs.)

Ok, sorry rant. =].

im taking 3 and that should be fine. its a huge downgrade from this year :)

double period release for the win

^^ What the heck is double period release? You get off for two hours O.O?!?! I want to go to your school lol.
