I don’t think my elementary school has a mascot.
My middle/high school does, though.
My school used to be the Bulldogs.
I think around 10 years ago, they changed it from the Bulldogs to the Wolverines.
So, go Wolverines! Blue and white are my school’s colours! (Although the PE uniforms are navy+white, blue+white, and azure+white).
Its a type of dog breed, but I’m not going to say for safety and security reasons.

Elementary was cougars, middle school mascot was the panthers and HS mascot is the jaguars.
