what is your

what is your favorite hotel in strip of las vegas??

im planning on going to las vegas for a week of thanksgiving(i have relative there so 2~3days at hotel,2~3days at their house). before rooms are all gone, i want to book quickly...
ceasar's and luxor look ok price wise...

I hear The Palms is nice.

You mean your main WOMAN Olive!

That's better! The Palms is nice, but I imagine it's expensive.

I say the MGM Grand is the best, if only for its extravagance.

go with my mainER woman and stay at the Palms :).

The Belagio is nice, and I've heard the Wynn is nice, but I've never stayed there.

The Rio because I want to play in the WSOP when I get older

The Wynn. It is absolutely gorgeous.

the luxor is really nice as well

Mandalay Bay.

The MGM Grand is the best, followed by Ceaser's Palace.

The Palms and the Rio are not on the Las Vegas Strip. As a resident of Las Vegas, I would stay at the Mandalay Bay or Paris, but that's my opinion.

I would say caesar's palace. I've stayed at the Luxor also and you can't go wrong with that either but caesar's is amazing.

1-caesar's palace
2-mgm
3-the vinetian

Depends if your under 21...if so, theres a whole diff list

Caesar's has a great location. The rooms in the Forum Tower are especially nice. It is also attached to the Forum Shops which have good shopping and a couple of cheesy free shows with talking statues (if you're interested in that at all).

Mandalay Bay has very nice rooms as well (and the best pool area), but it is in a less convenient location. If you are on foot you have to take a little tram over to the Excalibur and then either walk down the Strip or catch the monorail at the MGM ($5 a single trip--which can add up). You do not want to have to rely on a car or taxi once you are settled in your hotel because the traffic along the Strip is very slow and you will just sit.

Paris is very popular because it has a very authentic feeling cobblestoned street with cute shops and restaurants. It has some good places to eat.

The rooms at most of the properties are decent but pretty standard because they want you out spending $$, not hanging in the room. The Mirage, Caesar's, Mandalay Bay, Wynn, Bellagio and the Venetian are all upscale.

To get the best deal on a room try the individual websites and sign up for the e-mail promotions. You can usually do best through either Priceline or the hotel site directly. There are tens of thousands of hotel rooms in Las Vegas--each property mentioned has thousands. Unless you are going when there is a major (and I mean major) convention, you do not have to be concerned about booking a room early and will find that the room prices often drop the closer you get to your travel date as rooms go unfilled.

I hear the Trump Hotels and Casino is pretty nice...

I thought that was in Atlantic City. Hum Bug!

He's building another one in Vegas.
