What IZ my chances for reaches?

“MIT- Why would you be considering Reed and MIT? This makes no sense. Research your schools.”

It makes sense if a student’s goal is an advanced degree in the sciences. Have a look at [COLLEGE PHD PRODUCTIVITY](Doctoral Degree Productivity - Institutional Research - Reed College) to see the fields where the two schools have a lot in common in this regard. But Reed certainly has a more quirky personality. ;)

You seem like a very good match for most of them. Like everyone else said, HYPs are impossible to predict but your other schools all seem like good matches!

Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/949273-good-match-me.html

whoazoe, youthink that I couldn’t get into Cornell… :frowning:
I thought Cornell would be a match just b/c my neighbor, whose studying Arch there, said the CAS is easier to get into than ILR, ENG, or Hotel Admin per se

And I want to be a research scientist. I kno I’m not a hippie or anything but I visited Reed with my brother a couple years ago and I kinda fell in love with it. Still, I fell in love with the HYP’s and MIT Caltech when I visited them (I’m easy to please lol) and I would prefer those ones.

bumpitty bumpz

I’m not sure if Libyan is URM. It seems to boil down to the “race” you identify with, but it might be considered North African or Middle Eastern. Not that there’s anything wrong with that… Check the race FAQ thread.

Also, I don’t think not being from California decreases your chances at Stanford.
