What kind of career can I have with this dual major?

<p>I’m going to be starting college this fall and will be double majoring in Environmental Studies (focus in chemistry or biology) and Economics.</p>

<p>I love both these areas of academic study which is why I have decided to do them both. But now I’m worried about job prospects. </p>

<p>I will be attending a US news top 5 LAC in the northeast if that counts.</p>

<p>I might attend graduate school or law school but that isn’t decided yet. Either way I would like to know what kind of industries would be interested in hiring me and how can I make myself a stronger candidate.</p>

<p>Money does matter and I would like a career with good financial prospects.</p>

<p>One possibility is that you could get into a think tank or organization that would work toward making it more financially appealing for businesses to transition to environmentally safe practices. Just a thought. </p>
