Are you an Intel winner? Cause if not it’s a pointless question. For reference, almost all Intel or Siemens winners end up at HYPSM or other schools of that caliber, but that really doesn’t matter unless you win

Stuyvesant High School in New York City usually has the largest number of Intel SemiFinalists of any high school in the country – last year they had 10 SemiFinalists and 1 Finalist. Some of those students do matriculate to Harvard, but others choose to attend schools such as Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT and CalTech. Intel Semi Finalists and Finalists are recruited for their research – and sometimes one college has more noted professors in a particular field than others, so students end up choosing different schools based upon whether the school has the facilities and faculty which will allow them to continue the research in their field of study.

@kei04086 no im not a winner, but i have been doing research on photovoltaics for last couple of months which i think could get me to atlease semi finals

lots of people “think they will win” but 90% don’t. Once you actually win, it’ll open a lot of doors in terms of college admissions but it’s really unlikely
