What kind of school can I get into?

For what kind of college/university am I qualified?
I'm currently a sophomore in high school. As of the end of my Freshman year, I am ranked 11 out of 643, but my GPA is steadily increasing. Currently I have a 103.5, and it should continue to go up. My realistic goal is to be in the Top 10 by the end of the year. I am taking AP Biology this year, and took AP World History last year (only a 3 on the exam). I should be taking 10 more APs over the next two years. I got a 192 on the PSAT with no preparation. My current English teacher is known for improving SAT scores A LOT and I'll be studying on my own, so I should get around 2000+ on the actual SAT.

I am involved in Future Business Leaders of America in my school. I placed second at a regional competition, and qualified for states. My chances of placing at states and going to nationals for FBLA are very high (only 5 people competing, and top 3 go), so that might be a possibility. I am running for Parliamentarian this year, and will probably (hopefully) be unopposed. Next year I'll be running for VP, and should get it.
I am also in Key Club, Science League (Biology last year, this year Chem), and Academic Challenge (Captain Freshman year). Outside of school I participate in the Medical Explorers club at my local hospital and get some volunteer hours through that.
I am a mentor through my local Police Athletic League organization and should be getting A LOT of volunteer hours through that, in addition to at least 50 hours each year from Key Club (requirement).

I applied for a research internship at Drexel University College of Medicine and am a pretty good candidate for that. That should get me around 250+ hours of research experience. If not, I'll hopefully get a job and have work experience instead.

I am planning on majoring in Biology or Chemistry in college for Pre-Med. Becoming a doctor has been my main career goal for basically my entire life.

My dream schools right now are University of Pennsylvania, Washington University in St. Louis, and Johns Hopkins University. Realistic schools might be NYU, University of Pittsburgh (both of which I like), or similar schools. I really don't know what kind of school I could get into.
Please tell me what caliber school you think I could get into and please give plenty of examples if able to. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Too early.
Wait till you give your SAT and all.
You might end up getting a 1900 or a 2300.
You never know.
