I go to a public school ranked in the 90's of America's best public schools by Us news report (a dumb report but still). My school's average SAT score is like 1250/1600.

My SAT Scores-
Math 710, Critical Reading 680, Writing 680 for a total of 2070. Will try to improve it soon.

Haven't taken SAT II's yet, but they'll prob be around 700's. I'm going to take math lvl 2 and French.

Stuff I've got going for me:

I've done running for 4 seasons/ 2 years. Junior Varsity every year. I've ran a 4:50 mile, but my school is ridiculous in terms of the times ppl run.
I've been improving at violin and will prob move up to the highest level orchestra my senior year.
Hopefully, I'll be able to skip calc bc and move onto multivariant calc at my school senior year.
Every year, a junior or senior who is excellent at french is selected from my school to win a prize at princeton university. I won that prize this year: "Le prix d'excellence."
I have over 200 hours of community service, and am leader of a community service group called "LINK," which helps young ppl visit lonely senior citizens.
I'm a regular contributor to the opinion section of my school newspaper
I'm a regular contributor of poetry to my school's literary magazine.

Ultimately, I took mostly easy classes freshman/sophomore year. I didn't even know what an AP/accel classs was when I left france to go to America my sophomore year. I soon found that I was with mostly lazy ppl and morons, but I couldn't switch out of classes due to my annoying school. Do I still have a shot at schools such as: Berkley, lehigh, Mcgill, NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Boston College, Northwestern, Uchicago?

Thanks for your input.
