Your matches/almost safeties are UMCP and UMBC. Penn State should be a match.

Hopkins and Penn are reaches. The SAT is slightly low for those schools even though it’s a solid 95+ percentile. Reach for Gerorgetown as well, but slightly better chances. And Georgetown strongly recommends 3 SAT subject tests.

The AP scores are very good-surprised that your SAT isn’t 1500+. Physics 1 is difficult to get a 5 in and a 4 in Chemistry is a very good score. You might have been more suited for an ACT.
