What language do you take?

I'm not even in French, and I understood that! :-D

I didn't, haha.

French is the greatest language in the world

How is French the greatest language in the world? Esperanto (or whatever it's called) is obviously the best. It has almost no speakers, and no application to everyday life. Therefore only the people with a ton of time on their hands, and no need to make money would take it. Therefore only the rich learn it, therefore it is the best. ;)

I've taken French for many years and got around France fine with it.

Then there's German, my first language.

And finally, English. I speak English best out of the three at this point. =| It's almost sad because it's not my first language, yet I do much better than other kids in AP Lang and stuff.

=) Have a nice day.

french is by far the best foreign language.

I think I might love you. In that non-stalkerish, never having met you kinda way. Hahaha.

I guess I'd better stick up for Spanish. It's my favorite, mostly because it lets me travel to tons of really cool places and the music rocks. :D I don't see why French is so great. I'm studying the language, but not because I love it--simply because I love language (especially foreign) in general, and it's the only one they teach at my school besides Spanish (for which I've already finished all the courses offered). :-</p>

In order of number of years taken:

Hebrew
Spanish
Arabic (a high school course, believe it or not....and spoken, not the literary language)
