yeah..a lot of ppl gave me heat bc i am a spring admit? but it's not that bad..right?

You'll get the same degree as they will.

Trust me, no one will notice (or care, for that matter) if you're a Spring Admit. Once you're a student here, you're a student, and that's all that matters.

And to Polite: Did the financial aid situation he mentioned convince you, or did the message board convince you? Because quite frankly, if a message board convinced you not to go to a school...

seriously, i dont think anybody will notice if you are a transfer (maybe its more obvious if your 30, but for regular transfers...). having a little class never hurts... but maybe not to stanfurd haha... kidding.

unnecssarily hot-- your sn has to be paired with berkeley goggle somehow.

My friend went in at as a spring admit. Lets just say he saved thousands of dollars at a CCC. Nothing beats 1 dollar per class & no new living expenses (dorm, apartment etc).

I'm not one but from what I've seen around, Spring Admits in FPF are usually cooler than their Berkeley counterparts. PLUS I'm pretty sure they have a higher average GPA upon graduating.

Where did you hear THAT?

i don't know about spring admits being cooler, that's subject to debate.
i do know that spring admits in FPF (those in FPF, not just spring admits) have higher GPAs because their first semester GPAs are higher. FPF classes tend to be easier and much more generous in giving grades.

On the FPF website they say:

"FPF students do as well or better academically than their fall-admitted peers."

I don't think FPF is more generous with grades. First semesters are typically higher GPAs for everyone because they focus more and are just starting. Then it goes downhill...lol.
If you factor out first semester in the GPAs they are still slightly higher. But who really cares about such a small difference?
End note: You get the same edu
