^Not everyone knows someone fighting in Iraq. Everyone knows someone in college. Thats why VA Tech means more to the news than Iraq.

100,000+ U.S. service men in Iraq

30,000 students at Vtech( One of my best friends was in Ambler West Johnson)
33 mortalities

you do the math business major, how many more americans have connections in Iraq than at vtech

I'm talking about people with connections to kids in college. Everyone (or tons of people) know someone at some sort of college. Not everyone is exposed to the horrors of war. It's easier for people to identify with dead students than dead soldiers. Both are horrible.

oh the tangents.

most, retarded, argument, ever

damn, I missed out on a lot of posts, and I'm too tired/lazy to read the rest of the thread ( I just came back from a club downtown, its 2am, and I just wasted a $20 entrance fee for a timo maas concert where I didn't even get to see timo maas because I left early, I hate it that DJs alwyas start so damn late).....legend fill me in on whats been happening woman...

are you kidding me

no, you know what?

like you've said so yourself Legend, "you can't ever do anything right,"

so just take your selfcentered 'oh my bleeding heart' comments else where

who gives a crap if he called himself Ismael Ax, the media is obviously just having its field day with this

The media is the devil.

Does anyone remember Waterboy?

meng: i wasn't talking to you, but that was uncalled for

On that note when did I ever imply "I can't do anything right"? I never made any "self-centered bleeding heart comments" at all, so *** dude?

uhh

i was just kidding shtir

BFF?

uncalled for, explain

Can't we all just get along and focus on our REAL enemies, like fat people?

is that before or after we turn on the ugly people?

Before. The ugly people have an overwhelming advantage in numbers here.

oddly similar to the taiwanese population here

a connection?

Correlation?

...causation?

And now the hungover students are using big words that begin with the letter C.

i'm not hung over, I'm still drunk from last night.

I destroyed a sink with my bare hands and I have no idea how.

I was at JHU though (Penn Six road trip) so hell with them.
