What Major Should I Put Down?

Hello,
I have a "strange" passion in two very distinct majors, Political Science and Computer Science, and a few of the schools I'm applying to (namely Harvard, UPenn, Northwestern, and Notre Dame) only allow me to select one prospective school/major on the Common Application.
If it helps, I have an equal of amount of leadership/extracurricular activities in both fields, and most likely will pursue a double major or dual degree program. Should the fact that i'm Asian American (Indian) or that I go to a STEM based magnet school influence the major I put down? Do any of these schools have a higher admit rate for one of these majors? Any help as to what major to select would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

Anyone? Any insight would be useful.

You should ask on the school-specific forums whether major choice (including which division the major is in) affects admission selectivity, and whether it is difficult to change majors or division after enrolling.

UPenn has CS in the engineering division and political science in the arts and sciences division. Northwestern offers CS in either the engineering division or the arts and science division where political science is.
