what majors should I take?

<p>Hi, I'm a college freshman. I'm interested in finance service such as investment bank. I'm in a liberal arts college so it doesn't offer finance courses, therefore, I want to double major in economics and political science. Does the major above undermine my competitiveness for job? </p>

<p>btw, do any people know how is career for biochemistry major?(this may be better than poli sci because it seems more a expertise for making a living)</p>

<p>Econ/Polisci is a common double major, and as a polisci major who quite enjoys economics, I am partial to that track. Your competitiveness for a job is determined only by you, the future applicant, not by your major.</p>
