What makes TAP get rejected?

everyone knows that if you have TAP, you have 90% chance getting into UCLA. Just wondering and worrying, what makes the remaining 10% getting reject from UCLA?

Not fulfilling the terms of the agreement?

1) Major Preps not done...
2) You totally blew the personal statements
3) Low GPA for very impacted Major such as Econ....
4) The adcom was on cocaine...

Lack of major prep was #1 reason at my school and SMC.

kevin where are you at? PCC?

is tap as good as a TAA?

What does TAP stand for?

how could lack of major requirements be number one reason for rejection? i mean tap allows two majors to be considered. the tap student must have the requirements for the second major done at least!! RIGHT?????????

don't assume they MUST. also, the person may have applied to two majors with exactly same pre-reqs. For example, my primary chioce for UCLA was Business Economics, and I chose Economics for the 2nd choice, and they both have the same exact pre-reqs, and they are both considered very impacted.
