Not quite top 30 but close enough – they have a ‘degree in three’ program for people coming in with lots of AP credits, where they will give you priority registration to ensure you get the classes you need to graduate early. As others have said, Top schools aren’t as noted for giving credit within a major for AP. Most of them assume a student has had an AP level class to set the foundation for their own “entry level” class. They aren’t always repeats of each other. The depth differs considerably.
