<p>Hello there.I sat for my GRE(730q,550v) on Nov. 8 and am going for TOEFL on Dec.3.I am from Africa and would be applying for masters in Telecommunications/Communication Engineering in the US.Pls. which schools can I start applying to.And i prefer an area with a low cost of living/tution.Or financial aid if i can get one.

<p>Sorry, Techno4real, you’re going to have to do your own research. I suspect that no one here knows much about specific programs in your field. Remember, the internet is your friend. You’ll find a wealth of information. </p>
<p>Before you begin, I suggest that you read Graduate School Admissions 101 at the top of this forum. </p>
<p>Next, you need to accept that most master’s programs don’t fund fully fund their students (if they do at all.) The least expensive programs are generally in the US state universities, but those are also (generally) less inclined to support international master’s students. You’re going to have to do some extensive research to find the programs that fit your criteria.</p>
