What order should I take AP stat and AP calc BC in?

I am a rising junior in Honors Trig. I want to take AP stat and AP calc BC before graduation.

Should I take calc as a junior to get it over with, because it builds on trig, and to have an easier senior year with stat?

Should I take stat as a junior to lighten my kind of heavy courseload, and take calc as a senior so I'll remember the content more when I have to use it in college?

Does it matter or is it just personal preference?

Aw, come on… there’s been almost 350 views and no response. Anyone? Or is there something wrong with my question? :)

Take precalc over the summer. Then you will be in BC calc as a senior. Go to khan academy and patrickjmt to teach yourself the math you missed. Taking a course over the summer means you will skip some stuff. Also, while you are add it you can teach yourself some stat and calc with those websites

Trig is actually our precalc course, so as far as the school goes I qualify to take either course. That’s a great idea- I’ll get some review books and try to learn it over the summer before I take it in the fall.

Take calculus BC as a junior; then you will have the option of taking more advanced math at a community college or taking an easy course which is statistics.

Calculus BC will make your schedule appear more rigorous than statistics will.

Okay, looks like the majority says AP calc. Thanks everyone!
