what order will you check decisions?

Guatam, you're my favorite. I hug you.

first yale (at exactly 12 pm)

after that it depends on the outcome, if i get in the rest doesnt matter!!

i'll be: :) :) :) :)

if i dont:

i'll be: :( :( :( :(

and i'll first check my email for harvard and princeton (i'm an intel too)

then online, first penn, then dartmouth

ow god i hope i get in somewhere......

...............................................preferably Yale :)

Yale i love you!!!!! (sorry just had to let that out)

all three at the same time. That's why I love wireless internet. Set up three computers on my desk and check all three websites.

I was wondering the same thing until Nerd#### came along. Go alphabetical order! And if they haven't all come out as promised, then I'll do as Rikataka bid and use that "Refresh all" button on my Avant Browser (btw, Avant Browser is totally awesome, especially after you went thru ol' IE. Even Netscape and Mozilla can't beat it.)

I like firefox, but that's beside the point XD I think I'm checking UPenn, Yale, Harvard, and then Princeton whenever email comes.

LOL^ Lemonjello. What a nerd!

I'm thinking of cutting pieces of paper, writting all the colleges names I applied to on each piece of paper and just put them in a hat and pick papers one by one randomly to check...lame I know but hey!

Harvard, Yale, Wharton. Everything else is mailed

Wharton, Brown, Cornell, Yale...

Yale, then Dartmouth. I'm hoping that I'll be cheered up after I get rejected. But I LOOOOOVE Yale. So much. I want in so bad.

Harvard, then Yale, then Dartmouth, then have to wait until 6:30 for Brown. But that's the only reason. Otherwise I'd check Brown first, because I got a likely letter from Dartmouth and like to save good news. Of course, if I do get in (HIGHLY unlikely) to another one before then, I'll probably be screaming too loudly to care, just for the simple fact that new news is more exciting.

Harvard before Yale because I'm most nervous about Yale, as I have a friend who is getting his decision then, too. He's posted here too...and I feel the same way he does.

but harvard is email, and early round the emails went out closer to five. lots of kids didn't hear until six...

I'll do Yale, Harvard, Penn because thats the order of unlikeliness to get in, I'd rather get rejections out of the way. Then a little later Duke.

Yale
Harvard

I'm more nervous about Harvard because it would be my preference.

FYI: Decisions on Northwestern came out 1 hr ago (and I get to wear Royal Purple for four years!!!)

Unrelated, but I applied to all non-Ivy, top-tier schools, so I will do JHU and then Duke.

Penn, Princeton, Yale, and if I don't get into Penn, then Duke:)

Hmmm... I actually gave very little thought to what order to check decisions in. AHHH, my #1 is Harvard (sorry, hehe) and I was about to check it first. Reading your posts, I've reconsidered my approach. I think I'll check:

And... worst case scenario: If I don't get into any of these schools, I have 7 awesome acceptances under my belt (including Amherst and Williams). After all, I'll still have to hear from Columbia and Princeton later.

Good luck to you all!!!! :D Wow, this is soo nerve-racking! ;)
