<p>@Neon Green – UCLA sent out a sort of “likely email” invitation to some engineering students, stating that their applications are among those most “highly qualified”. Also, the invitation was for an open house that is taking place after decisions are released, so we’re all assuming that if we received the email, we’re in.</p>

<p>First of congrats! I couldn’t help but noticing from your other posts that you’re an international student. I heard most colleges and universities do not offer any financial aid for international students. Is that true in your case?</p>
