What other school could you see yourself attending?

I just recently got back from a trip where I saw various campuses along the way. Some of the campuses I saw: UGA, Emory, GT, Lander, Furman, and Auburn.

I currently go to Clemson University and would never think about transferring...but I was just wondering what schools fit your personalities/preferences etc.?

Me personally:
-I really enjoyed Auburn. It felt very similar to Clemson and I felt like I was at home. LOVE small "college towns".
-At UGA, I still got the "college town" vibe, but it just seemed MUCH bigger. The city of Athens was surprisingly big.
-GT is right in the middle of downtown Atlanta. WAY too big of a city for my liking. Everything was so cramped and it just didn't seem to have a college feel at all when I was walking around the "campus".

As you can tell, I prefer the smaller town/rural setting of a college more-so than a sizable city.
I could see myself at Auburn, Furman, and even Georgia.

So...my question is: What other colleges/universities could you see yourself attending?

Michigan. I love the school but moved out of michigan when I was 15 to St. Paul, MN. I got into Michigan, but since MN residents get instate tuition at Madison, it would have been stupid to pay twice as much for Ann Arbor when the two schools are so similar.

I also really liked Wharton but got waitlisted :(

I probably should never ever transfer again, but I guess another school I’d consider is MIT.

University of Akron, Wooster, or Ohio State.

“I probably should never ever transfer again, but I guess another school I’d consider is MIT.”

The queen is dead?

Oh, and I could see myself attending Rice for too many reasons :)

Morehouse and Clark Atlanta.

probably Boston College.

Cornell. Or a selective tech school somewhere outside of a city.

Why am I attending a women’s college in Philly again?

Perhaps among others: MIT, UMichigan, UChicago.

Didn’t apply to every school I find cool nowadays :)

More the first two than the last.

Also, b@r!um, somehow never realized you’re female. Having seen you around CC a few times at least.

Eh Rutgers. I will keep a very strong relation with the school though by attending summer courses there.

Temple.10ch

“Oh, and I could see myself attending Rice for too many reasons”

I don’t like Rice. :(

I’ll go to any school that takes me in for grad school. However, the state it is in cannot be on my list of ‘states I dont want to go to’.

Michigan, MSU, UF, UT, Wisconsin, Indiana, Oregon, Kansas, UNC, UWashington, UCLA.

IU is the only one of those I applied to, but I basically would’ve done anything to have been able to go to UM, UF, UT, Wisconsin, or UNC.

I’m just curious; why?

Harvard, Pomona, Duke, Princeton, Rice…pretty much everywhere I applied lol

“I’m just curious; why?”

It’s too small for me. The campus, I mean. Nothing wrong with the academics or anything.
And way too close to my parents. lol.

UNC, Duke, Rice, Princeton.

Arizona State University.

For some reason I’ve always had this desire to go there. Can’t really explain it…but Fork 'Em Devils!

But I’d definitely rather stay where I am at Indiana.

I am very happy with my school and would not choose any other school over it. However, I would be curious to see if I could get into University of Virginia, because I like UVA a lot.

Brown, Wesleyan, Tufts, Stanford or Rice.
