<p>well i said "not smaller"... so its not necessarily larger, but equal.</p>
<p>actually though, id like to change "recognition" to "prestige", or just to say that i meant recognition by the admissions people, not by the general public.</p>
<p>In SSP '04, who are freshmen now, out of less than 70 graduates:</p>
<p>9 people attending MIT
5 at Harvard
4 at Yale
3 at Stanford
3 at Caltech
3 at Harvey Mudd
3 at UC Berkeley
2 at Columbia
2 at Pomona
2 at Princeton
2 at RPI
2 at USC
2 at Wellesley</p>
<p>thats 44, and the schools where only one person went rank very high as well.</p>
<p>For the class of '03 it was 5 at stanford and 5 at MIT... one of the things that motivated me to attend.</p>
<p>Keep in mind... those are attendances, not acceptances.</p>
