What plays will your college do in '11-12?

As a fun subject, I thought maybe we could do something similar to the MT Forum. D found out the mainstage schedule at her school this year, and also some student-run production tidbits. I find it fascinating to see what is going on - and up! Also this might be helpful for kids considering any of these schools. We could start a list and add to it as things evolve.

Adelphi University:
Mainstage - Eurydice (Anouilh); Hamlet (First Quarto); Suburbia (Bogosian); Who Will Carry the Word (Delbo); and Little Shop of Horrors (Mencken/Ashman).
Student-directed: Woyzeck - adapted (Buchner).

The CMU schedule for 2011-12.

Main Stage: Good Person of Setzuan (Bertolt Brecht), Mad Forest (Caryl Churchill), and Sweeney Todd (lyrics & music, Stephen Sondheim). A fourth play, Bust Stop (William Inge), will be shown at a local theater.

Little Theaters: Suddenly Last Summer (Tennesse Williams), Les Enfants Terribles (Jean Cocteau).

Student-directed: The Learned Ladies (Moli

“Boeing Boeing” and “Lost in Yonkers” will be done in cooperation with Atlantic Stage, the small, professional, equity house located in North Myrtle Beach.

The student directed productions are not set, but I’m pretty sure we’ll be doing at least “Dead Man’s Cell Phone” by Sarah Ruhl.
