Which book is accurate to the College Board tests. Suggestions anyone.

yeah me too. help! i was thinking abt just using the 10 old ones.

Take them again! You're guaranteed to see some score improvement... :p

Haha, just kidding. I was just thinking about this the other day, but I still have to go through all of them before worrying about that, and I don't think I will before I re-take the SAT in June.

I think I might retake some of them. I mean...like reading that I took months ago I dont think I'll remember.

There are 4 more available from the College Board online course (the price is about $70).

Godot, is the online course worth the $ ($70 just for practice tests seems steep)

bump

Any other books good, as well?

I own Kaplan, the 3 Kaplan workbooks, Sparknotes, Princeton Review, the 2 Princeton Review workbooks...

I'll buy another if needed, I just need more practice tests!

stambliark,

The online course is good for the complete explanations to all the Official Study Guide questions (although the explanations do not necessarily provide you with the best solutions). The practice quizzes are also of some value. In addition, of course, there are the additional practice tests. The other parts of the course are garbage -- CB does not know how to coach someone to do well on the SAT; besides, ALL of the instructional content is already in the book! If you are looking for good practice material, I would recommend either Barron's (for a challenge) or Princeton Review's 11 Practice Tests (for more realistic questions). If you want TRULY realistic questions, of course, you can't beat CB's own tests.
For that, you will have to fork over $70 for the course.
