What private colleges don't require test scores?

I'm wondering what top tier private colleges don't require test scores or high school transcripts. I know most public schools don't require them for junior transfers (like UIUC and so on).

I don't think Emory requires you to send a high school transcript, if you will be a junior, but you need to send your test scores...if you had a low test scores maybe you could take them again, if possible...but I don't know how that works.

I think Brown lets you apply without SATs/ACTs, though you'd have to have to have a damn good cv to get in without test scores

"This list includes colleges and universities that deemphasize the use of standardized tests by making admissions decisions about substantial numbers of applicants who recently graduated from U.S. high schools without using the SAT I or ACT. As the footnotes indicate, some schools exempt students who meet grade-point average or class rank criteria while others require SAT I or ACT scores but use them only for placement purposes or to conduct research studies. Please check with the school's admissions office to learn more about specific admissions requirements, particularly for international or non-traditional students."

What are cv's?

I looked on Emory's website, they want test scores... and Brown said
"If you did not take any standardized tests as part of the application process to your current college, you must request a waiver from Brown in writing." on their website.
