What program is ideal for video editing?

<p>Hello, I seem to be interested in photo and video editing, however, more so video. I was looking at USC since I really desire to go there and I can't seem to find the program which covers such a discipline.</p>

<p>I figured it would be "Animation and Digital Arts" however that program seems to focus more on animation. And "Cinematic Arts (Film and Television Production)" seems to focus on working with cameras and such. However, I may seem to understand incorrectly. </p>

<p>So, which program is such a program that can cover video editing at USC?</p>
