What range of schools should I apply to?

Hey guys so I'm just curious what schools you think I should be applying to. Price doesn't matter and I'm not looking for scholarship, plus I've been to plently schools and love them all, only regard this academically wise
at end of junior year:
5 Aps, AP WORLD, AP English Lit, Ap US, AP pyschology, AP Chemistry
6 Honors courses
and geometry, alegbra 2, and precalc
and spanish 2 3 and honors 4

I go to the best private school in Central Florida and unweighted** I have a 3.99 GPA
my school does a weird 4.33 scale and with that I have a 4.17. (a+=4.33)
I am on headmasters list 3 years, miu alpha theta (math society), Foresnics (won multiple awards), varsity volleyball (next year captain), Club Volleyball, Key Club, Red Cross club officer, and presidental community service award (100 hours in a year time) (i have 177 total for highschool).

What range of schools should I apply to? THANKS :)

SATS: 2100.

First, start your list with a safety for which you are certain to be admitted to, certain that you can afford, and suitable academically and otherwise for you.

Then you can add any number of other schools to your application list.

When looking for any school, what kind of school are you looking for? What academic interests do you have?

I was thinking, as a safety: U of I, U of Miami, and U of Rochester. The schools I want to apply to are Notre Dame, Boston College, NYU, Boston U, Wake Forest, UCLA…Realistic?

what school is U of I? I think all of these schools are realistic for you.

butler university
muhlenberg college
bradley university

Safeties have to be affordable. how much will your parents pay each year?

What is U of I?

You have some OOS publics. If you need aid for those schools, that will be an issue.

What is your Math + CR score?

How much can your parents afford - will you need financial aid (need-based aid), merit aid, or would you be full-pay (if so, what’s your budget?)
UMiami and URochester are merely matches for your stats, absolutely not safeties. You need two safeties - two schools you like, can afford, and are 100% sure you can get into. (2= so that you have a choice in the Spring and can compare financial aid packages).

Might look at Holy Cross-top 25 school with nice campus 1 hour from Boston. HC HAS A VERY GOOD COMBINATION OF ACADEMICS and athletics. Holy Cross has alumni clubs all around the country and has a great network for job placement. The Holy Cross website is informative.

University of Illinois, and I dont need aid t ALL>

Notre Dame and Wake Forest might be the only reaches. You’ve matches aplenty. What about a safety or two? Maybe one of these that has been recommended?
