I am in the top 14 percent, and on common app I can either choose the top ten percent or the top 25 percent for ‘what best describes your ranking.’ Should I put top ten percent since its the closest to my actual rank?
I’m pretty sure you should use top 25%.
If you are 1-10% you use top 10%.
If you are 11-25% you use top 25%

No you should not put top 10 percent because that is not accurate. You should put top 25 percent.
