hey guys. can you guys tell me what role ECs play when applying to McCombs? I will maintain a high GPA but since i have a very long commute, I’m afraid i won’t be able to join any clubs at my uni bc all meetings are at 8pm. Also what type of ECs do they want?
Do i really need any leadership positions? I might create a club and i might be an officer for my friends club but i don’t know yet. I am willing to do anything to get into McCombs.

Engagement, previous success, previous failure and soul-searching, fear of failure profile, competitiveness, motivation and desire to win, proactivity after being beaten down, inspirational mindset when speaking to a group, ability to build a team of talent that will go to war and die for the mission if needed. What is leadership?
