<p>Trimark’s attempts at advertisement by spamming are having the exact opposite of their desired effect on me. I will actively avoid living in a Trimark Property until the day I die.</p>

<p>There is plenty of space under a raised bed. We were able to put a large sized mini fridge under the bed. We had shelves from target for books and cube like bins. Also a laundry basket and boxes, plus suitcases. Oh and a kitchen sized trash can.</p>
<p>I would bring as much of this stuff with you, the stores are sold out of a lot of the things. </p>
<p>Odd things to buy:</p>
<p>2-6 foot or longer plug bars. All of the plugs are in weird places. You will have a safety inspection and can’t cords out were you may trip over them.</p>
<p>10 foot ethernet cable. Plugs are on the wall with the desk. If you want to work from your laptop in bed you will be glad you have it.</p>
<p>Tall trash can and bags, college students don’t like to take the trash out.</p>
<p>Are we allowed to have a coffee maker in the dorm, or will I have to hide it when inspectors come around?</p>
<p>You can have a coffee maker, but you’re only allowed to have so many things plugged in for inspection. But after inspection (once at the beginning of each semester), you can plug in whatever you want.</p>
<p>Any good off-campus properties that anyone could recommend that is really close to campus. Within five minutes walking. Thanks</p>

<p>its still full for guys, its probably best to just forget about it and let them assign you a room in the end since everyone with a contract is guaranteed a room</p>

<p>When I choose a housing, all Area/Halls are open for me (even though no rooms are available). Can I choose from any hall I want or does it have to be the hall I choose in my contract?</p>
