What SAT II's should I take to increase my chances?

I am looking to apply to Stanford (I know huge long shot), really looking hard at USC, and UC Berkeley.

I got a 1820 SAT in June. 600-CR 600-W w/9 essay 620-Math.
Unweighted GPA 3.8
Weighted GPA 4.2

Junior year my school only offers two AP courses and I took both.
APUSH- 5
AP English Language- 3

I know I am very good at US History and I love it. So I am looking to score at least 750+ on the US History subject test.

But I don't know what other subject test to take. I don't really care for math. I'm OK at it, A's and B's. Chemistry and Biology at my school were total jokes, so I didn't learn anything.

Is one subject test OK? If not, what other subject test should I take a crack at, to get into USC?

Well considering that you don’t like Chem, Bio, or Math, it seems English is your best shot for an SAT II. But I don’t think that should be your largest concern, an 1820 pretty much prevents any acceptance into Berkeley or Stanford, and seriously hurts your chances at USC. I recommend taking time and studying to get that up to at least a 2100. Best of luck.
