What SAT subject test scores would I need to have a decent chance at getting into the SCS?

Next Saturday I will take the SAT II Math 2 and Physics exams for the first time. What score range would be acceptable for this incredibly competitive school? I know that I SHOULD get in the 780-800 range, but what would be the minimum score I'd need to assume that I have a semi-decent chance at getting in? I won't have time to retake the tests before the application deadline, so this one day is pretty important, and I'd like to know what score range is ideal while taking practice tests.

I have other compensating factors like a 4.5 weighted GPA and a 5 in AP Calc BC, among others. I will very likely get a 5 in APCS as well.

What did you get on the SAT or ACT? Those are more important than your subject test scores.

For SCS, a Math II score of 800 would be nice given that 15% of takers reach that level.

When it’s superscored with only Math and Combined English and Writing my ACT is a 33. However, when taking practice SAT II tests I’ve been consistently getting mid-600s, and I have less than a week until my test. Being the toughest school to get into, that isn’t very hopeful. I regret so much not knowing about this testing requirement until 2 months before the application deadline.
