<p>I do not know anything about LA, but I do know Fullerton has an excellent Business program and is well regarded.</p>
<p>Go to Cal State Fullerton if you ask me. They are better then Cal State LA all around if you ask me. Social Life, their programs such as Business, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Science etc., as well as prime location close to downtown Fullerton for students to hang out at, as well as other nearby social activities (beaches, theme parks, etc.), good location and many many more.</p>
