What school should I be looking at??

I'm currently a junior in a NJ public high school- not one one the top high schools in NJ, but a good one.

Class Rank: 59/325 students
ACT score: 28. (I don't plan on submitting my SAT scores since they were awful)
GPA: 3.78 uw and 4.56 w
Junior Year: AP English and AP World
Senior Year: AP English, AP Psychology, and possibly AP Calc.
All of my other courses since freshman year have been honors.

EC:
active member in both key club and french club (9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade)
student ambassador, culture club, and media coordinator (leadership) for photography club (11th and 12th)
I plan to get into National Honors Society for my senior year.
I have a decent amount of community service hours already, but I'll be volunteering a lot over the summer before I apply next fall.
I've had a job last summer and hopefully will this summer.

This summer I'll also be taking a 3 week non-credit course at Brown University. I know it's not a very prestigious summer program, but I'm hoping it will show I took initiative over the summer.

I'm currently undecided but am interested in psychology, nursing, or visual communications.

Of course I won't be applying to any ivies, but I don't really know where to (practically) look for schools. I know I want to apply to schools in NJ and the surrounding states, and possibly North Carolina/South Carolina, DC, or the Boston area. Size doesn't particularly matter as long as it's not an overwhelmingly large (Penn State) or small school.

Public schools in NJ or private schools elsewhere would be preferred because I no longer have any money saved up due to my family's financial situation.

It would really help if you could recommend some safely, match, and reach schools for me!

GWU as a high match…
