What school should I choose?

I have chosen three so far, I'm a trasnfer student wanting to major in Arabic or International Relations. I was wondering out of the three schools which one do you think would provide me with the best opportunity overall?

University of Texas - Austin
University of Michigan
New York University

The first two schools have the Arabic Flagship Programs, and I think NYC is a great location.

Great schools, but all difficult to be admitted (even as a transfer). I would recommend applying to all 3 and throw in one school with higher accept rates for transfers. American? GWU? Occidental? (all good IR schools, but check to see about the Arabic). Good luck!

I hope your family can afford $55K/year.

Thanks, those are just the schools I’ve picked so far. The schools that aren’t so easy to get into. Trust me, I have some safeties picked out!And no I nor my family can afford 55k a year, but who said I wasn’t willing to go into debt?

You’re willing to go $200K+ into debt?? You’re willing to pay over $2000/month for 10 years for your college degree?

No, I’m a transfer. It will only be 1,000 a month for 10 years.
