Yes, I was surprised to see Northeastern listed as liberal. My NEU grad was surprised how little activism there was on campus, and how few political discussions there were in the classroom.

NEU has a strong pre-professional emphasis, so political activism (of any alignment) is probably muted (much as it is in many non-flagship state universities with similar pre-professional emphases).
