I'm not completely sure what schools I should apply to. I am interested in pursuing an engineering degree and the schools I have been looking at are: University of Pittsburgh, Northeastern, Georgia Tech, UMass Amherst, Drexel, Boston University, NYU, UMBC, University of Washington, WPI, UT Austin, Vanderbilt, and RIT. I know a lot of these schools may be reaches for me so any suggestions on schools that fit my stats are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I did bad on the SAT so I won't be sending in that score (1680). But my ACT score was a 32 and I haven't received the writing score yet. I am almost positive I can improve this as well; I am taking it two more times. Also, I am planning on taking the Math II subject test.

Class Rank: Top 20%

I have taken all honors courses throughout high school. I only took AP Chemistry this year but for senior year I am taking AP Computer Science, Physics, Calculus, and Statistics. There was a lot of trouble with teachers in my two years of chemistry so I think my score will by either a 3 or a 4. If it's lower, I won't send the score in.

Extracurriculars: Concert band freshman year then jazz band sophomore and junior year, chess team junior year, over 150 hours (and counting) of hospital volunteer work, active member of the National Honor Society since this year, going to be a "leadership intern" at Club Invention this summer (a STEM summer camp for elementary school children), culture club all of high school. Each year in culture club we choose a project and raise money for whatever we do that year. Last year we raised money and children's books to send to a Peace Corps worker in Indonesia, this year we are raising money for the charity water organization.

Other: I was born in America but I am half Brazilian, I am bilingual and teaching myself conversational Mandarin Chinese.
