What colleges can I get into and are there any for which I shouldn’t even bother applying?
I appreciate your help

Looks like you are way ahead in your planning. Take a close look at the stats for each school. There are some online tools which will help you decide which schools are reaches and which are matches.
Acceptance will also depend to a great degree on your EC’s and also you final SAT scores. Since you know you want engineering you can check their acceptance info ( which is often higher than for other majors).

What is your college budget?

The California UC’s will cost around $65K/year to attend with little to no financial aid as an OOS applicant. Is $260K for Undergrad at UCB/UCLA/UCSD or UCD financially feasible?

Your GPA, test scores and EC’s currently look competitive for UCD and UCSD. UCLA/UCB will be tough admits and since the UC’s are switching to test blind admissions, very unpredictable.

If the UC’s are affordable, definitely worth your time applying.

Best of luck and keep up the good work.
