What schools could I get into with my transfer stats?

Most of my college units I acquired during high school (my school works in conjunction with the local CC, so half of the day I go to high school classes and then I go to college after)

High school GPA: 3.8
SAT: 1790
SAT II: 580 English, 540 History
ACT: 27
EC's: Senior Editor of the Yearbook, National Honor Society President, over 300 hours volunteer, Speech team, Marathon Training team
U.S. News & Reports rated "Best High Schools in America"

CC GPA: 3.96 transferable, 3.7 cumulative (I took a pre-req class as a freshman, didn't care, got a C, and it dinged my perfect A record), but I plan on bringing it to a 4.0 by taking more classes
Degree: AA in Liberal Studies, Social Science Emphasis
EC's: everything listed above (did it all at the same time), ASG Executive Officer of Marketing & Information, Editor-in-Chief of Newspaper, Service Learning student, Internship @ Political office of Meg Whitman (CA Governor candidate), Honors Society, College Assistant job

I'm from California, and I would like to stay in California, although I've tossed the idea around of going to school in the UK, which is a very viable option.

Thanks so much for your help!

I’d really recommend that you retake the SAT I, or consider taking the ACT. Your scores are the weakest part of your application, and retaking them might help. If you’re a California state resident, you should apply to the UC’s and USC. Pepperdine and Occidental may also be worth looking into.

Should I still take them even though the UC’s don’t take them into consideration on applications? I have hardcore test anxiety :|

Also, I got waitlisted at Pepp for freshman admission this year, haven’t heard back from them yet, but would that help with anything?
